1. No Return Policy with Store Credit

Due to the nature of the product, we currently do not accept returns of The ALIGN Journal. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer store credit equal to the journal’s purchase price. This store credit can be applied to any future order with us, giving you the flexibility to explore other LUCA Pages products.

What to Do with Your Journal:

If you’re opting for store credit, you may keep The ALIGN Journal. We encourage you to pass it along to a friend, donate it to a community center, or recycle it responsibly.

2. Free Replacement for Damaged Products

In the rare event that your journal arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. Simply reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement journal to you at no additional cost.

How to Report Damaged Products:

• Contact us at hello@lucapages.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Include a brief description of the damage and a photo showing the affected area.

Once we’ve received your report, we’ll process your replacement promptly.
